In 1992 the Newcastle based building company Bellway PLC moved their group headquarters to the then derelict Seaton Burn Hall.

The entrance hallway had a large skylight light with a mini greenhouse above.

Bellway MD Howard Dawe commissioned Iona Art Glass to design a new timber frame and fill it with stained glass that would reflect the Georgian period but allude to the 1990's.

The large tinted flashed glass panels were acid etched painted and stained with a Georgian ornament. Plain leaded antique glass borders surround these panels. Chris Chesney designed the timber frame, which was made in Bellway's joiner's shop.
