Left: Tracery light from the main hall window at Matfen Hall.

This magnificent window dating from 1836 was cleaned and conserved in 1999 when Sir Hugh Blackett regained the hall after it had been used as a Cheshire Home for decades.

Commissioned by the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution this window from a design by W E Charlton takes pride of place in the main lounge of Anchor Housing's Warkworth sheltered housing complex.

Mouth blown glass and expressionist style glass painting used to full effect, in this fine piece for a brand new building.
