This
door separates a kitchen and hallway in a 1920s house. The
Art Deco styling of the panels suited the property and the
period decoration of the hallway. English mouth blown glasses
were used to give that sparkle that cannot be found with machine
made glass.
The
client was so pleased with the door that when new wall cabinets
were fitted in the kitchen we were engaged to provide complimentary
panels for the cabinet doors.
Made
for a keen gardener this little oval door panel with its
'Chinese Lanterns' brightened up a hallway in a 1940s
bungalow. The panel incorporates English mouth blown glass
and traditional glass painting techniques. |
A
bathroom door with traditionally painted & fired Koi Carp
swimming through a streaky blue pool with the minimum of paint
used.
A
modern panel fitted in an early Victorian house proving the
versatility of stained glass for any situation.
